We've been giving our six-year old daughter (ASD
Level 3, nonverbal) vitamin B12 and folinic acid for a few days now. I give her 16 drops of b12 together with 5 drops of folinic acid and honestly, we're amazed by the changes. I have an almost two-year-old toddler who is a bit delayed with his speaking. He's not autistic; however, I've noticed he had a speech regression with the introduction of cow's milk in his diet.
